Bring the problem, not private client data.

A useful first conversation starts with a high-level client profile, one capacity constraint, and a clear view of what you must keep.

Use a high-level client profile and service question. Keep passwords, private records, and regulated information out of email.

Client profile

Typical organization size, user range, Microsoft 365 footprint, and the group you want to discuss.

Desired delivery lane

Service desk, Microsoft 365 administration, managed cadence, or the recurring work category creating pressure.

Retained ownership

What you must continue to own, including the relationship, contract, advisory decisions, or specific technical work.

Constraints

Coverage, location, tool, technology, application, compliance, or approval conditions that could affect fit.

Review the readiness decisions first

Brief the delivery-capacity question

Name the client group, the work lane creating pressure, and the decision that still needs an owner. We will use that context to assess fit-not treat it as a service commitment.

Online requests are not available right now. No message is sent from this page.

Fit before configuration.

The first question is whether the client profile and requested lane match an available delivery boundary. If they do, a later conversation can define responsibilities, exclusions, channels, decisions, and the appropriate reference band.
